Designing and Sampling
Our team of designer uses advance technology in designing which includes both computer-aided design (CAD) process and hand made design. Our sampling consists of 30 highly skilled tailors which help us to send any samples to the buyer with in a week.
Merchandising
Our proficient team of merchandisers excels in meticulously managing every aspect of the sampling and production process. From completing technical files to strategically allocating and planning orders with production team, securing approvals, conducting thorough follow-ups, and maintaining seamless communication channels throughout, we ensure every detail is meticulously handled to deliver exceptional results.
Pattern Making
Our primary objective is to transform Client’s design concepts into impeccably tailored garments. Leveraging advanced CAD software, we craft patterns directly on the computer, facilitating seamless digital storage, printing, and emailing capabilities. This streamlined process ensures precision and efficiency, bringing your visions to life with unmatched accuracy and quality.
Cutting
The facility is well equipped with imported cutting machines used for its accuracy in bulk cutting. We have Japanese layer cutting machines for smooth and productive cutting process. Fully automatic rib cutter machine is used to trim the binding with accuracy to get good finesse on the finished garments.
Stitching
We have high speed latest state-of-art sewing machines of reputed international brands like: Juki, & Brother, to ensure high quality product.
Finishing & Packing
Our finishing work station is equppied with well lit garment checking tables, and steam irons and stain removing work stations. We adopt precise quality control measures in the production process. We manufacture our garments with value and the third eye for details. We follow 1.5 AQL standards.
Embroidery
Our embroidery unit comprises teams of experienced artisans and technical experts. Our designers and illustrators think out of the box to get that we exquisite and sophisticated patterns.
Washing
We have high-capacity laundry machines which are integrated with advanced features, in order to give us a perfect wash every time.
Store
Our store is where we keep our fabric & trims inventory. It also serve as fabric inspection station. An organized fabric store thus becomes a necessity to ensure smoother operations in the factory
Showroom
We've established a showroom dedicated to showcasing our products for client meetings. Here, customers can immerse themselves in a comprehensive exploration of our offerings, empowering them to make well-informed decisions before finalizing a purchase.
